Department of International Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya deems it necessary to hold an international seminar to elaborate and discuss ideas from scientists on: International Cooperation in Promoting and Protecting Human Rights: Opportunity and Challenges in The Midst of Uncertainty. This theme was raised by seeing that the problem of fulfilling and enforcing human rights today will not be successful without commitment and cooperation from countries.
