The range of Student exchange selection to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia has came to an end, in which the panelist, have officially announced the results of interview selection that was held last week. of a total of 12 students who attend the interview selection, the team of panelist consisting of three lecturers of FHUB namely; AAA Nanda Saraswati, SH, M, H, M. Dahlan, SH, MH, and and Ardi SH, MH, has announced the total of 3 (three) names of students who are entitled to represent the Faculty of Law UB in the Student Exchange program.
The three students are : Muhammad Akbar (2014) paper entitled “EXISTENCE OF ADAT LAW SYSTEM IN PERSPECTIVE COMPARATIVE LAW CIVIL LAW AND COMMON LAW BETWEEN INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA”, Natasha Meutia Emiliana (2012) paper entitled “”LEGAL PROTECTION TOWARDS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF INDONESIAN DOMESTIC WORKERS THAT WORK IN MALAYSIA”, and Trisna Widyaningtyas (2012) paper entitled “PERTAMINA REFORMULATION POSITION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF OIL IN INDONESIA”.
All three students are then eligible to participate in a series of student exchange activities that will be held in Malaysisa this august, until early september 2015. (Kr)
